Fitness has always been a big part of Elaine’s life and has shown up in many different forms over the years: swimming, badminton, springboard diving, boxing, hiking, snowboarding, bouldering, etc. Falling in love with indoor cycling, however, has completely flipped her perception of what it means to work out on its head.
There is nothing quite like letting the beat and lights take over as you sprint, climb, and dance on the bike. Her goal as an instructor is to share how magical this experience is with the community around her.What you can expect in Elaine’s classes:
(1) Strength—convert any stress accumulated over the course of the day or week into speed, power, and endurance on the bike.
(2) Immersion—get lost in the music; her classes are as much a musical experience as they are a physical one
(3) Expression—permission and agency for you to unapologetically express yourself with each movement on the bike
(4) Community—we ride as a team and hype one another up on and off the bike; the energy we emanate is contagious—let’s see what magic can create when we share it in the studio!
