Emma started practicing yoga as a way to quiet her busy mind & improve her rock-climbing abilities. She became obsessed when she realized how much better her body (and mind) felt when she was practicing regularly.
There were a few tumultuous few years where she moved frequently and yoga was a comfortable space she could return to. As she dove deepting into the practice she realized how transformative it could be, not just for your body, but your life. Connecting to our breath and getting in our bodies relieves anxiety by cultivating a sense of presence, and in the present moment, things are usually good.
In Emma’s class, expect an emphasis on breath and reminders to stay present as you flow together.
