GET TO KNOW ME

Alina’s yoga practice began as a 30 day challenge in 2015 to help her balance high intensity workouts and a stressful career. Her practice has kept her grounded, curious, and focused on self-care. As a former athlete and dancer, she encourages everyone to deepen their mind-body connection by approaching practice with awareness, and a little bit of curiosity.

Alina teaches yoga because she wants others to experience the benefits a consistent practice has brought to her own life. She creates an inclusive and welcoming environment through her soft and accessible approach. Her classes are alignment focused featuring smooth transitions and strength-building holds to generate awareness, curiosity, and deepen the mind-body connection. With a soft and gentle approach, we’ll work hard, and have a little fun!
