If you like strength training and to be kept accountable and have your progress tracked to maximize your time and effort, this class is for you! The class will utilize Flexline technology to push you to the next level.

Flex Strength 60

60 Minutes | All Levels

If you like strength training and to be kept accountable and have your progress tracked to maximize your time and effort, this class is for you! The class will utilize Flexline technology to push you to the next level, with additional time to push and focus more.

Rhythm & Abs

45 Minutes | All Levels

This 45 minute hybrid class is a 30 min. Rhythm Express Class and a 15 min. Absolution Express class bundled together. Combines the cardio and core focused exercises to whip those abs into shape. Spend 30 minutes on the bike, then hit the mat for 15 minutes of intense abdominal exercises. This class is split between the indoor cycling studio and the core strength studio.

Rhythm Flex

60 Minutes | All Levels

This 60 minute hybrid class is a 30 min. WH Rhythm Express Class and a 30 min. WH Flex Circuit Express class bundled together – So you can strengthen and flex your muscles and work on your endurance at the same time. This class is split between the indoor cycling studio and the core strength studio.

TRX & Flex Circuit

50 Minutes | All Levels

This 50 minute hybrid class seamlessly balances components of a TRX Circuit Express class and a Flex Circuit Express class bundled together. Focuses on improving your cardio and building muscular endurance, while promoting weight loss and burning calories. Watch your heart rate soar with multiple rounds of strength + cardio work using the TRX Suspension Trainer and Flexline Technology. This fun, high intensity, interval-heavy class offers all the movement enhancing benefits of TRX Suspension Training and Flexline Technology, while seamlessly integrating a wider range of conditioning and functional training methods.

Bands Strength Express

30 Minutes | All Levels

This 30 minute total body workout will push your strength to new levels using a Fitness Band. Challenge yourself in this form, balance and alignment based workout featuring advanced strength exercises and progressions. You need to use a band wall attachment for this class.

Sculpt (All Body) Express

30 Minutes | All Levels

Dramatically transform your body — in just 30 minutes! Get fired up and challenge yourself with this fun Interval based class that shifts between high-intensity exercises and dynamic stretches to sculpt lean muscle and increase strength and flexibility for fast results that you can see. Using Light weights or 2 Red Smart Bells – think light weights, high reps!.
