Need a quick ab fix? We have your ABSOLUTION! This class focuses on the core, concentrated abdominal sculpting, combined with breath and stretching. All levels welcome.

This 60 minute hybrid class is a 30 min. WH Rhythm Express Class and a 30 min. WH Flex Circuit Express class bundled together - So you can strengthen and flex your muscles and work on your endurance at the same time. This class is split between the indoor cycling studio and the core strength studio.
