Getting started at Wheel House is simple. We’ll walk you through from registering with us to selecting classes, finding your spot to prepping for your first day. We will also be happy to schedule a walk through with you before you begin.
There’s no cost for registering, but you’ll need an account to buy a class package and to book a spot in class. Once you register, you can track your classes and reservations (and cancel if needed).
With yoga, cycling, core strength and TRX classess, you can find the perfect class to restore your mind and body and energize the soul. View our class types within each category to read descriptions, stats (like core focus and duration), upcoming classes and more.
Once you’re ready, you’ll need to buy a package to book a spot in a class. We offer a few choices for you, from passes to memberships. If this is your first time, make sure you check out our “newbie” specials!
With a pass or membership, you can start booking your spot! Select a class from the schedule to view the details. Once open, you’ll see the class info, and a map of the room with all of the spots. Use the legend on the side to determine which spots are still available. Then select and your booked!
Make sure to drink water before, during and after your class. Also, eating a light snack before is always good for energy (we have items in our lobby as well). Wear, comfortable workout clothes (and avoid loose fitting long pants if you are taking a cycling class). Find more answers in our FAQ.
Before your class, checkin with the front desk, so they know you’ve arrived. If you are new to Wheel House indoor cycling, make sure you arrive 15 minutes early to enable us to do a bike setup orientation prior to your first class. We personally guide you through setting up your bike and recording your settings so you always have them. Wheel House indoor cycling is challenging.
Most important thing is to be patient with your self. Listen to your body and adjust accordingly. All the instructors are well trained in their area of expertise and are very friendly and approachable, creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere in which you can push and scultp your body into your most fit self! So go at your own pace, and we will be there to encourage and support you!
