Mystery Theme Ride

This 45 minute class is a WH Theme Ride, where the theme is not known until the actual ride – hence the mystery!

Rhythm Express

30 Minutes | All Levels

Short on time? This is the class for you. This class has all the elements included in our WH Rhythm class, just packed into 30 minutes. The aim of this class is for you to come in and ensure you get your fat-burning cardio taken care. This is an all-levels class.

Theme Ride

45 Minutes | All Levels

This 45 minute class takes the traditional WH Rhythm class up a notch by playing a thoughtfully selected playlist and video to match the selected theme in a party environment!

Smart Rhythm

45 Minutes | All Levels

This 45 minute indoor cycling workout is designed to shake up your normal cycling workout with the addition of Smart Bells, 5lb or 12lb weights used to sculpt and tone your arms and shoulders. This class has all the core elements of our signature WH Rhythm Class but incorporates far more upper body strength training. This is an all-levels class, but recommended for those who have previously taken a WH Rhythm class or intend to focus on the upper body.

This indoor cycling workout is Wheel House’s unique signature music driven class. Our goal is to transform you, with current and popular high-energy beats, this class is a “cardio dance party.” You will be empowered and inspired by one of our WH Rockstar Instructors who will guide you through the “core-ography,” upper body movements designed specifically to complement the lower body elements of a spin workout, maximizing your workout.

Flash Back Smart Rhythm

45 Minutes | All Levels

This 45 minute ride takes you right back to your high school days with hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and early 00s. Accompanied by an intensely grueling arm sequence using the 5lb SmartBell, you’ll be glad it’s Friday!

HIIT Ride Express

45 Minutes | All Levels

Short and intense, all done in 30-minutes, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) indoor cycling workout to achieve fast results. Drive your body to burn calories for hours. Combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast. Push your mental and physical limits, build lean muscle, and train your body to burn fat.

Rhythm & Abs

45 Minutes | All Levels

This 45 minute hybrid class is a 30 min. Rhythm Express Class and a 15 min. Absolution Express class bundled together. Combines the cardio and core focused exercises to whip those abs into shape. Spend 30 minutes on the bike, then hit the mat for 15 minutes of intense abdominal exercises. This class is split between the indoor cycling studio and the core strength studio.

Rhythm Flex

60 Minutes | All Levels

This 60 minute hybrid class is a 30 min. WH Rhythm Express Class and a 30 min. WH Flex Circuit Express class bundled together – So you can strengthen and flex your muscles and work on your endurance at the same time. This class is split between the indoor cycling studio and the core strength studio.
