Short on time? This is the class for you. This class has all the elements included in our WH Smart Rhythm class, just packed into 30 minutes. The aim of this class is for you to come in and ensure you get your fat-burning cardio and strength training taken care. This is an all-levels class, but recommended for those who have already taken a WH Rhythm class.

This 45 minute indoor cycling workout is designed to shake up your normal cycling workout with the addition of Smart Bells, 5lb or 12lb weights used to sculpt and tone your arms and shoulders. This class has all the core elements of our signature WH Rhythm Class but incorporates far more upper body strength training. This is an all-levels class, but recommended for those who have previously taken a WH Rhythm class or intend to focus on the upper body.
