Alley’s yoga classes are best described as fluid and dynamic vinyasa, linking a continuous flow of breath and movement, to allow students to experience their own bodies with greater awareness and freedom. Her instruction includes individual attention to alignment, therapeutics, breath work and meditation. She encourages her students to become the masters of their own being by guiding a safe and enthusiastic practice.
Alley holds a master’s degree in clinical and counseling psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and is currently in practice as a coach and therapist.
Alley believes it is important to go within through the practice of Yoga, to act out in the world in the most positive and beneficial way to serve the local and global community.
