Hannah's path to yoga began in college when she took yoga classes to prevent injury, and to improve her flexibility and range of motion for field sports. This is when she discovered that yoga is as much a mental practice as it is a physical one. She learned it was about coming onto the mat, stepping away from the rest of your day, breathing in and out, and being present. Hannah teaches a creative Vinyasa flow class with a focus on breath and alignment. Her goal is to provide an environment for students of all levels to develop strength, flexibility,and self-discovery.
