Justin was born and raised San Francisco, which makes him as rare as a unicorn! A college basketball player, Justin credits yoga, pilates and a balanced mealplan to keeping him healthy on and off the court, and allowing him to continue playing ball at a high level today. He is TRX, Kettlebell and NASM certified and thinks the Flexline equipment at Wheel House is awesome! Justin's training mentor always told him, "You are only as strong as your core." That includes glutes, which are part of your core. He took his mentor's mantra to heart and became the Glute Guy, which means Justin will work your butt off in class!
