When she was 16, Meghan decided to try yoga to learn more about her Indian origins. Through the years, she continued her practice on and off, developing a regular practice in 2013. She decided to join teacher training to deepen her own practice. However, she was quickly inspired to teach and share her learnings with others. She has continued to learn, train and explore yoga over the years since her intial teacher training. In her classes, Meghan loves to incorporate body alignment, pranayama, and meditation.
