“You do what on a horse?” I used to be an equestrian vaulter - gymnastics and dance on top of a horse as it runs in circles. It's even better when you get 2 and 3 people on the horse. Google it!
When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace.
Molly grew up a competitive athlete, and when her coach tried to introduce her to the benefits of training the mind as well as the body, she thought it was hogwash. It wasn’t until years later, when she took her first yoga class, that she wished she hadn’t disregarded it so fast. After that class, food tasted better, the air smelled better, and she felt more in tune with her body than she had during any intensive training session.
She embarked on an intensive power yoga practice that brought flexibility and strength in her body and her mind. After too many years of self-doubt and criticism, her yoga practice has helped her find acceptance for who she is. She wants to help others find the same freedom from finding peace with who they are.
You can expect her classes to be a fun and funky combination of strength building postures, inversions, arm balances, restorative stretches and the freshest tunes.
“Molly lead with clear instructions, kept class at just the right pace, and was consistently attentive with improving one's yoga practice via making slight adjustments to one's position.”
