Having weak knees and years of playing sports, Nan was prone to injuries. Doctors told her that swimming or cycling would have the least detrimental impact, so in 2008, she started going to indoor cycling classes at Crunch & New York Sports Club -- and quickly fell in love.
As of 2014 Nan left her corporate job to continue to pursue her love of making a difference with people through movement! If the body is a vehicle of expression, why not make it move better?
Nan knows that it takes something to use up 45 minutes of your time for class, and as spinning instructor, she will make sure to maximize that time together, ensuring a fun, sweat dripping, high-energy workout -- without the pain. Let's ride!
