I sing! From a local funk/pop cover band to the Walt Disney Concert Hall, my past gigs as a vocal performer have been nothing short of exciting. It is a pleasure to bring my background in music and performance into the Yoga studio.

Selena turns to Yoga as a liberating foundation for focus and self-reflection. She began her journey with Yoga in high school, and is moved, years later, by the inspiration she draws from peers and students for a continued study of the ancient practice. An avid biker, Selena knows first-hand how Yoga can benefit bodies molded by habitual movement and fitness. No stranger to the 9-5 schedule, Selena also understands how Yoga can be a powerful tool for stress-relief and reprieve from the hectic elements of an urban lifestyle.
Selena's classes energize awareness in mind, body, and soul, weaving anatomy in a foundation rooted in traditional Hatha yoga. She turns to Yoga to explore, and aims to help others uncover new layers in their own practice through the accessible guidance of mindful movement.
