There's no need to bring your yoga mat with you to work (if you prefer!), our yoga programs provide you with all of the accessories you need - from Manduku mats to blocks, we take care of everything you need. Ready for your first class? You can not only buy class passes online, but can reserve your favorite class, instructor and mat preference online a week or even a couple of hours before the class! Our Yoga instructors are experienced professionals who can help you gain maximum potential from your session whether its your first time or whether your're an experienced Yogi - we aim to please and motivate you! The Spin Studio - Where technology, state of the art spin bikes and fun meet! Our Spin studio is equipped with 50 of the latest blade spinning bikes and we're the only ones in Northern CA to equip each bike with the new trio QR pedals that are designed to make it easier for getting on and off the bike whether you use cycling shoes (SPD or Look) or standard fitness shoes. Each spin class is designed to motivate and help you reach your goals safely whether you're a beginner or experienced rider you're bound to have fun - even bounce to the rhythm with some of our hip music playlists! WheelHouse is also one of the few studios that offers MyZone software technology that captures heart rate performance and transmits that to your personal web page for you to track overtime, at your pace and when you need it.
